Sriracha marinated baked chicken stuffed with sautéed veggies

Ingredients:

4 boneless sriaracha chicken breast (I got these from Costco!)

1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)

1 cup mushroom (diced)

White onion (thinly sliced)

2 garlic cloves (minced)

Mozzerella cheese (or your choice of cheese)

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Asparagus (optional)

Directions:

I started by sautéing my veggies. Add oilve oil to a large skillet wait until hot, add veggies, season to taste and sauté for about 10 minutes. While those are simmering, cut a pocket into the chicken breast. Once veggies are done, let cool for a few minutes. Next, stuff the chicken and top with mozzerella. Place chicken onto a baking pan. Also I cut and added asparagus on top of the chicken (I love asaparagas!) I finished by squeezing fresh lemon! Bake for 35 mintues or until chicken is thoroughly cooked at 350 degrees
