Now this one requires a little more prep time, so if you can get through that then you're golden :)

Recipe:

Cabbage leaves

1 lb. ground turkey or beef

One red pepper (chopped)

Onion (chopped)

Garlic (minced)

Habanero chili (optional)

Olive oil

15 oz. can tomato sauce

1 cup rice

Directions:

FIrst start cooking your rice and ground turkey.

Add chopped red pepper, onion, garlic and habernao chili to skillet and saute until fragrant. Next add turkey and cook and season. When cooked through, add can tomato sauce cook until all hot. Add cooked rice to skillet and mix until all combined.

Boil leaves until limp.

(Careful not to over cook them or they will fall apart)

Once limp, drain. Add stuffing into middle, roll them, and then stick them with a tooth pick.

Once all rolled, place on cooking sheet and cover with more tomato sauce and dress them whichever you like! I chose to add a little more chopped onion and parsley and lemon wedges. That's completely optional! Cook for 45 mins at 350 degrees... Enjoy!
