Baked Lemon Chicken

This was kind of an experiment. I read a little recipe online and added my own touch.
Heres how it went:
Recipe:
•Chicken breast
•Baby red potatoes
•Asparagus
•Brussels sprouts
•Onion
•Garlic
•Lemons
•Honey
•Rosemary leaves
The way I went about cooking this meal was a little different, as I was doing it I was like hmmm. This is slightly unsual, but it was totally worth it because it came out delicious. A few little steps before I baked the chicken.
Directions
Sear the chicken in a pan for about 5 mins on each side. Remove the chicken and clean pan. Add more oil to pan and saute onion with fresh minced garlic until golden brown. Next, add lemon zest on top and add 1 tablespoon honey. Cook for a few minutes. Remove onions and add to the bottom of casserole pan and place chicken on top. Add your veggies, potatoes (I also added more raw onion on top because I am obsessed with onion) lemon slices, sprinkle rosemary leaves and top with a little olive oil drizzle. Bake for 45 mins at 400 degrees. Enjoy!
