Spicy Stuffed Peppers

These came out so so so delicious! Im so happy with them. I have always been a big fan of stuffed peppers, I mean come on! who isn't?

Here's how it went....

Pick out the best and most colorful peppers you can find. Mine were on the "little" side so I cut them in halves but you can also just cut the tops off and stuff the whole pepper. EIther way, you can't go wrong. Boil peppers for 10 mins or until soft.

Next....

Stuffing.

I cooked white rice and lean turkey ground meat with fresh minced garlic, white onion and finely diced serrano pepper. Once thats all cooked together and smelling yummy, I start the stuffing! After the peppers all stuffed tight, I top them off with cheese and cilantro. Bake for 30 mins. Perfection.
