Healthy Mac n' Cheese

I just love love love Mac n' Cheese... I mean who doesn't! Don't trust the person who doesn't love Mac n' Cheese.
This is a recipe I saw online and thought I would try to add my own little flavor to it.
Heres how it went...
Shredded chicken, asparagus, broccoli, sun dried tomatoes, Laughing Cow light cheese wedges, pasta shells.
In a large skillet over medium heat whisk together Silk Milk (I never use or drink dairy milk), sun dried tomatoes and laughing cow cheese wedges. Whisk until smooth. Add cooked pasta, chicken with asparagus and broccoli then mix together. Once all mixed add it to a glass cooking dish and drizzle bread crumbs and baked for about 30 mins.
Serve with a beautiful green salad..
