Spaghetti with home made meat sauce

This is not your traditonal Italian Style Spaghetti, but its still soooooo good!

I make my own tomato meat sauce with LOTS of garlic, onion and seaonsing. I used rotini noodles instead of spaghetti noodle, because lets be honest...who wants to slurp and ruin your blouse. The way I do the noodles is a little different too. After I boil the noodles, I run them under cold water so they stop cooking compleltely and they dont get soggy. After,put them back into the pot and pour olive oil and sprink a little bit of garlic powder and fresh parsley leaves. This is so the noodles aren't bland and tasteless.

Serve with a beautiful green salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion with lots of fresh squeezed lemon juice and a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy.
